Product information "Fine Dust Sensor Kit - Complete kit compatible with sensor.community"
Have you always wanted to build your own fine dust sensor? The citizen science project sensor.community (formerly luftdaten.info) has developed a kit including software that can be used to record fine dust data and, if desired, other data such as temperature, humidity and air pressure.
Basic equipment
This kit consists of all the basic electronic components needed to build the fine dust sensor "AirRohr":
The actual fine dust sensor "Nova Fitness SDS011".
A WLAN and controller module "NdeMCU v3"
All necessary plug cables
A intake hose for the fine dust sensor
Now all you need is a housing (you can find some ideas below), a micro USB cable (you can also order this from us) and a simple USB power supply (not included).
More sensors
In addition, the following sensors can be added (not included in the basic version):
DHT22: A simple humidity and temperature sensor (no soldering required).
BMP180: A slightly better sensor from Bosch for temperature and air pressure (soldering required)
BME280: A sensor from Bosch that evaluates temperature, humidity and air pressure (soldering required)
The case is not included. You can let your imagination run wild with the case. The sensors must be protected from wind and weather and there should be openings for the fine dust intake pipe and the other sensors. The original instructions simply use two corner pieces of a drain pipe. Further ideas:

This melting set for threaded tips is the perfect addition for 3D printing. Threaded inserts can significantly improve normal 3D prints. The only thing that is sometimes a little tricky is melting them down. It is much easier with a melting set for the Pinecil. The whole thing works like this: Simply insert the adapter into the Pinecil, screw the correct threaded insert onto it and off you go! Different temperatures are required depending on the plastic. Everything comes in a super practical transport box. The Pinecil threaded insert set and adapter comes in the following sizes and fits the Pinecil v1 and v2: Sizes: M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 Copper thread insert tips for better temperature distribution
With this small extension you can easily change the tips of your Pinecil by hand without tools. Instead of the standard Phillips M2 screw, you use this M2 knurled screw. This means you can easily change everything without a screwdriver. As always, we have tested everything extensively and the screw does not get too hot, nor does it interfere with soldering. One screw is included in the scope of delivery.

BleepBot – An Electronics Kit with Personality
The BleepBot is a unique DIY soldering kit that produces electronic sounds in a fascinating and seemingly spontaneous way – full of character and quirks.
At its core is an ATtiny25 microcontroller, brought to life by a clever trick: one of its pins is clipped before soldering, so it is not connected to ground (GND). As a result, this pin "floats" – meaning it becomes highly sensitive to electrical interference from its surroundings. This makes the microcontroller behave unpredictably, generating random sound impulses through its tiny speaker. It’s as if the BleepBot responds to nearby activity – or simply does its own thing.
It almost feels like it senses your presence – and speaks back to you. The result is an interactive sound experience somewhere between tech toy, sound art, and electro-poetry.
Perfect for:
Beginners in soldering & creative makers
Workshops, educational contexts & tech outreach
Anyone who enjoys sound experiments and unusual electronics

The BlinkyTree is more than just a glowing decoration—it's an interactive electronics project that responds to you. With its ATtiny85 microcontroller as its “brain” and an electret microphone as its “ear,” this Christmas tree comes to life.
Features
Interactive control: A microphone detects when you blow on it and starts the music.
Background music: Plays 7 pre-programmed Christmas melodies.
Audio-reactive LEDs: The 13 LEDs dance in sync with the music and light up differently depending on the pitch.
Realistic candle flickering: A sophisticated algorithm simulates the gentle flickering of candlelight.
Completely open source: Firmware and documentation are freely available (CC-BY-NC 4.0).
How it works
After switching on, the BlinkyTree starts with a small animation in which the LED rings light up from bottom to top. The tree then switches to candle flicker mode, in which the LEDs light up in random, natural patterns.
The real fun begins when you blow hard into the microphone: the ATtiny85 recognizes the signal and starts one of the pre-programmed melodies. While the melody is playing, the tree lights up the LEDs to match the melody – high notes light up at the top, low notes at the base.

The energy turnaround is in full swing and great balcony power plants are sprouting up on every balcony. It's beautiful! With this OpenDTU Board kit you can read out your balcony solar power plant, display the data and even control it. The prerequisite is an inverter from Hoymiles. A small display always shows the current power production. The project was started by Thomas and Jan and can of course be found under open source licence here:https://github.com/tbnobody/OpenDTU (there you will also find a list of compatible inverters). This breakout board is 100% compatible and was created together with the developers of the software. On the board there is a special radio module that speaks the radio standard of the inverters. This is read out by an ESP32 module, processed and can be further processed via WLAN, e.g. with MQTT.The board also has connections for a display and an RGB LED strip, which may be supported in a future version.
NEW - Fully assembled OpenDTU (optional)
Due to the frequent requests, we have now also decided to offer you a fully pre-soldered and assembled DTU. It will be ready to go when it arrives. All you have to do is log in to your OpenDTU, connect it to the Wi-Fi and then add your inverter. Please follow the instructions from step 20 onwards.
Scope of Delivery In the scope of delivery, you will receive all the necessary components:
a display, an ESP32, and an antenna module. You just need to solder
them together and enter your Hoymiles serial number, and you're ready to
go! The ESP32 is already pre-flashed.

The soldering kit includes:The circuit boardThe circuit board is the heart of the alpaca. It forms the outline and the space to solder all the components. The board is made of fibreglass material which is coated with a gold alloy. A layer of white lacquer is applied on top. Some parts of the board are slightly transparent. This creates the great effects of the eyes! The icing on the cake: The sunglasses made of black PCB. The perfect addition for Al Hacka.RGB LEDsThis is where the magic happens! RGB stands for red-green-blue and describes the different colours of the LED. It looks like an LED, but it is 3 tiny little LEDs that slowly alternate through an integrated circuit. This gives you all the colours of the rainbow. Look closely, the black dot you find in the LED is the entire circuit! Yes really, so tiny! Just connect 3V and the LED lights up in all colours. There are two RGB LEDs in the Alpaka soldering kit.The SMD battery holderThe battery holder for CR2032 batteries is included in the kit in an SMD construction. It is soldered onto the surface like the other components. How to do this is described in the soldering instructions. The battery itself is then simply plugged in. The battery lasts for 4-8 hours of continuous operation. So you should switch off your alpaca to save some power. You can get a new one in any well-stocked supermarket, in do-it-yourself stores and Swedish furniture stores.A switchOf course, a switch is also included! The switch is easy to operate and therefore ideal for children (and adult hands). The switch locks and stays in the position (on or off) you want the switch to be in. Who is not a fan of flowers? :) It's best to order one or two of these at the same time, because as you can imagine, the flower soldering kit is a popular gift for friends, partners or children. The Components in the Daisy Soldering kitIn our kits you will always find all the components you need for soldering. Unfortunately we cannot send you the batteries. However, you can get them from DIY stores and larger supermarkets (more on this below under "Tools and accessories"). The soldering kit includes:The Circuit BoardsThe circuit boards are the heart of the kit. They form the outline and the space to solder all the components. The circuit board is made of fibreglass material which is coated with a gold alloy. A multi-coloured lacquer layer is applied on top. The special thing about the daisy: The circuit boards are arranged in such a way that a 3D flower is created.RGB LEDThis is where the magic happens! RGB stands for red-green-blue and describes the different colours of the LED. It looks like an LED, but there are 3 tiny little LEDs that can change colour through the circuitry on the main board. This gives you all the colours of the rainbow. The Battery HolderThe battery holder for 3xAA or Mignon batteries is included in the kit. It is soldered to the main board like the other components. How to do this is described in the soldering instructions. The battery itself is then simply plugged in. The batteries last a relatively long time. Use rechargeable batteries and you can recharge them at any time. The batteries are located under the main board, so your daisy soldering kit has a great solid base.A Push Switch and Several Slide SwitchesOf course there are also a few switches included! The push switch is easy to operate and therefore ideal for children (and adult hands). The switch locks in place and stays in the position (on or off) you want the switch to be in. A great perceptible "click" provides haptic and acoustic comfort. The three slide switches at the potentiometers activate or deactivate the respective colour.PotentiometerThere are also various adjustable resistors on the circuit board. These change the circuit and provide different bright colours. This way, all the rainbow colours come together. There are also three fixed resistors as series resistors to prevent your circuit from breaking.Tools neededWhat the minimum soldering workstation looks like is described here: Der LötarbeitsplatzTo make the flower light up, you need to get some batteries from a DIY store or a large supermarket/shop.
Also, an electric side cutter is very helpful for this kit :) Instructions and HelpTo make it easy for you to solder the kit, we have put together detailed instructions with lots of pictures and individual steps for each of our kits. There you will be guided step by step through the assembly and there are many tips and tricks on how to solder correctly. The PinePower GaN USB power supply is a community project. This means that many developers have worked together to perfect the piece of hardware and the software. The community has made sure that the components are open source. This means that there is no trade secret about how everything is built. You can simply download the instructions and circuit diagrams from the internet. This has the advantage that a possible repair is also made much easier, as it is clear which components have been used. A really great piece of hardware.

Pre-soldered CMT module (optional)
We have heard your feedback and have realised that SMD soldering is probably not for everyone. We have therefore decided to offer the module pre-soldered. Only the CMT module (the silver chip) is soldered on. The pin header and antenna module are much easier to solder and still need to be soldered by you.
We actually solder this by hand, so unfortunately we have to charge a little more to justify the extra work. We hope for your understanding here.

If you want to build, test or develop your own circuits, there is no way around a breadboards. What would the breadboards be without the right cables? This set contains a total of 140 wire bridges in 14 lengths, i.e. 10 pieces per length. This is enough for many circuits and if you are in doubt you can simply get more wire jumpers. The advantage of the pre-bent and prepared lengths is the overview on the breadboards
. Especially for beginners, it is difficult to follow a circuit correctly if you first have to fight your way through a tangle of wires. This is difficult even for professionals. The cable set for breadboards contains (in brackets are the lengths of the holes/steps on a standard breadboard that can connect these cables): 10x 2mm (2 steps) 10x 5mm (3 steps) 10x 7mm (4 steps) 10x 10mm (5 steps) 10x 12mm (6 steps) 10x 15mm (7 steps) 10x 17mm (8 steps) 10x 20mm (9 steps) 10x 22mm (10 steps) 10x 25mm (11 steps) 10x 50mm (21 steps) 10x 75mm (30 steps) 10x 100mm (41 steps) 10x 125mm (50 Steps) The 140 wires come in a handy little box.Show us your circuitWe at blinkyparts are super excited to hear what circuits you tinker with. The great rainbow unicorn is something very special. Once soldered, the tail, horn and mane shine almost magically in all the colours of the rainbow.
The best thing is: with this soldering kit you can easily make a great pin, pendant or necklace even as a beginner. You only have to solder 6 components on the back. For those who already know a bit about soldering: The LEDs are THT, i.e. through-hole components. They are soldered to the surface on the back. We used this trick to avoid having holes on the front. This way, the unicorn can shine in all its glory and shine without any flaws. For all those who are not yet that far: don't worry! Detailed and well-tested instructions will guide you through this little soldering adventure.A video of the rainbow colours can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b8JFJ-eYq9oTarget groupThe electronic soldering kit is designed for beginners. Adults and children alike can have fun with the unicorn soldering kit, although of course you should not let children solder alone. Relatively large components are used, which make it easy to learn how to solder. Only 6 components need to be soldered. This is also possible for absolute beginners in a reasonable amount of time. And the shape? Who isn't a unicorn fan, please? :) It's best to order one or two of these soldering kits, because as you can imagine, the unicorn soldering kit is a popular gift for friends, partners or children. The components in the unicorn soldering kitOur kits always contain all the components you need for soldering. Unfortunately, we cannot send you the batteries. However, you can get them from hardware stores and larger supermarkets (more on this below under "Tools and accessories"). The soldering kit includes:The circuit boardThe circuit board is the heart of the unicorn. It forms the outline and the place to solder all the components. The board is made of fiberglass material which is coated with a gold alloy. A white coating of varnish is applied on top of it. Some parts of the board are slightly transparent. This creates the great effects on the tail and horn!
RGB LEDsThis is where the magic happens! RGB stands for red-green-blue and describes the different colours of the LED. It looks like one LED, but there are 3 tiny little LEDs that slowly change through an integrated circuit. This gives you all the colours of the rainbow. Look closely, the black dot you find in the LED is the entire circuit! Yes really, so tiny! Just connect 3V and the LED lights up in all colours. There are four RGB LEDs in the Unicorn soldering kit.The SMD battery holderThe battery holder for CR2032 batteries is included in the kit in an SMD version. It is soldered onto the surface like the other components. How to do this is described in the soldering instructions. The battery itself is then simply plugged in. The battery lasts for 4-8 hours of continuous operation. So you should switch off your unicorn to save some power. You can get more in any well-stocked supermarket, in hardware stores and Swedish furniture stores.A switchOf course, a switch is also included! The switch is easy to operate and therefore ideal for children (and adult hands). The switch locks and stays in the position (on or off) you want the switch to be in. A great perceptible "click" provides haptic and acoustic comfort.Needed toolsHow the minimal soldering workplace looks like is described here: The soldering workplace To make the unicorn glow, you need to get one CR2032 battery per unicorn at the hardware store or a big supermarket/shop. Also, a pair of tweezers is very helpful for this kit :) Instructions and helpTo make it easy for you to solder the kit, we have put together detailed instructions with lots of pictures and individual steps for each of our kits. There you will be guided step by step through the assembly and there are many tips and tricks on how to solder correctly. For the majority of our soldering kits there are also interactive circuits with the names of the components and the tracks. All instructions are available in German and English.

Hearts are always good! And this heart is a homage to a very special chip: the NE555, 50 years old and one of the most widely used chips in the world... Still is!From mobile phones to blinker kits to satellites, this beautiful chip is used everywhere! In this THT heart kit, the chip sits appropriately in the middle on the circuit board and drives the pulse of the heart. The heart itself consists of many red 3mm THT LEDs with a so-called tracking circuit. Two LEDs light up at the same time and follow each other... whether they will ever reach each other? In addition, a switch on the back can be flipped to make the heart glow permanently. Of course, in the chaser version you can set the speed of the chase yourself with a potentiometer.
Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)The best thing is: With this soldering kit, even beginners can easily solder a heart for themselves or as a gift. There are a few through-hole components to solder, and it looks like a lot of solder joints at first, but the kit is still relatively easy to solder if you follow our good illustrated instructions. You just have to follow a certain order, then soldering is no problem at all!Target groupThe electronic soldering kit is designed for beginners. Adults and children alike can have fun with the THT Heart soldering kit, although you should not let children solder alone. Relatively large components are used, which make it easy to learn how to solder. This is also possible for absolute beginners in a reasonable amount of time. And the shape? Of course, you must have soldered a heart for yourself or your loved ones at some point in your life. The circuit board is made of fibreglass material which is coated with a gold alloy. A multi-coloured lacquer layer is applied on top.The NE555On the board there is one smaller and two larger chips. The smaller chip is an NE555 that acts as a bistable flip-flop to provide the necessary clock. The two CD4017s (the larger chips) then dutifully count through all the LEDs and ensure that they light up.The LEDs and the other chicken foodOn the front side, many red 3mm THT LEDs are put through the board and soldered on. Even when switched off, this gives you a wonderful heart. But as soon as the circuit is powered up and switched on, everyone's eyes get big! Apart from that, there are some switches, slide switches and some chicken feed, i.e. other components. The battery holderWhat would a circuit be without power. Power is provided by a CR2032 battery that is securely fastened in a battery holder. The circuit itself and also the LEDs need relatively little power, so you can run the heart for a very long time with one CR2032.One push switch and several slide switchesOf course, there are also a couple of switches included! The push switch is easy to operate and therefore ideal for children (and adult hands). The switch locks in place and stays in the position (on or off) you want the switch to be in.
