Shipping within Germany
We offer shipping with DHL. Tracking is of course possible.
- Letter postage: 1,80 €
- shipping (DHL Kleinpaket): 3,99 €
- Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Shipping within the EU
We ship to all countries in the European Union.
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the order:
- Up to 100g: 5,99* €
- From 100g to 1 kg: an additional € 0.49* per 100g**
- above 1 kg: 14,99* €
* Net prices plus the respective VAT of the country of delivery

Put everything together as you like and the online store will automatically calculate the shipping costs.
International Shipping
For countries in which the CE marking is recognised, you can also order directly from us. These are Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Andorra, San Marino and the Vatican City State. Unfortunately, we cannot ship electronic products to other countries for which we do not fulfil the labelling requirements. However, we can send products that do not require this, just let us know by e-mail and we will create an order, but the shipping costs to the relevant countries may be higher!

Possible payment options are listed below. We always prefer the advance payment, because here the lowest fees come on it. But just pick the right one for you.

Pay on invoice: You are a university, college, school or other educational institution and would like to order/pay on invoice? Nothing could be easier. Put together your order, choose advance payment as your payment method and then send us an email from your work address.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days for domestic deliveries and within 2-5 working days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
